Helping Father Leo Patalinghug and his Plating Grace Food Truck make an impact at the Eucharistic Congress was no easy feat. Yes, Father Leo has over 300,000 followers on socials and 30,000 podcast subscribers, but making him stand out required me to focus on the most basic need at the Congress … food. Spiritual and literal. I was responsible for making sure that as many of the National Eucharistic Congress attendees knew that the Plating Grace Food Truck was present outside the hall and serving lunch and dinner everyday. With lines around the block and a lot of dollars raised for Plating Grace, I was able to keep the truck’s location and tempting menu on everyone’s mind and in the palm of their hand (smartphones!)
